To Reset xorg.conf (For corrupted Graphics)

First change  run-level  into 3 
then restart the machine and longing as root user 
now issue following command

#system-config-display --noui --reconfig --output=/etc/X11/xorg.conf

Now change  run-level  into 5 and restart the machine.
